Insurance Company AI Bug
If I build an insurance company immediately after starting a new game and set the premium to 120, any AI insurance companies that are built afterward also start with a premium of 120.
If I then lower my premium to 100, the AI does not adjust its premium accordingly and is unable to gain any market share.
This behavior suggests that the AI may be copying the player's initial premium when creating a new insurance company, but it does not react when the player's premium changes afterward.
