OK, ignore it, I reinstalled the post release version and it works now!

Actually we just released 2.4.04C specifically for fixing the bug you reported.

I think the version you were using should be 2.4.04B. You can see the game version number on the top-right of the game menu menu.

Can't relocate factories and warehouses in this version. I'm playing the fashion venture user-define script and can't move or relocate factories/warehouses. The button to do so is no that.

I just tested it and I was able to relocate factories and warehouses without any problems in this build.
