It's not working. Don't know is it because of the keyboard, language...changed everything to English, but no reaction...

You may test by typing the required characters on Notepad and see if it shows "^&*(" correctly.

I tested it and it worked fine and activated the cheat mode.

I fixed it somehow. Cheats are working. Used notepad and get something like this on my keyboard " altgr3 & shift+* ( ". Thanks mate.
