can't complain anymore, real estate system seems to work fine since V 3.0.20. run tests on it for plenty hours and could find anything wrong.
if ya change the rent, the rent doesnt get adjusted instantly, but increases/drops step by step to the new rent over several month but thats ok and adds a little more reality as you cant play yo-yo with the rent irl either.
