It's quite easy to reproduce, start a new game, form a party, start a new city, quit to main menu, start another new game, and the goal of forming a new city will be achieved in this new game, wait for couple of days for the achievement music, get the reward, and end up without goal.David wrote:Could you send me the save game for investigation?
