Land value

Land will appreciate or depreciate in value and their current values will be shown in your Investment Report.
The land value is affected by:
(1) the land base cost (land_base_cost)
(2) value of the natural resource if there are any.
(3) if there are more buildings nearby, the cost will be higher also. The type of buildings nearby also matter.
For instance, office buildings, apartments, and retail stores will lift up the land cost more so than factories.
(4) Economy of the city, represented by the city’s Consumer Price Index (CPI). If inflation simulation is enabled, CPI growth rate is affected by inflation.
