In order to reach that overall avg I have to sell at a lost, I didn't have that issue prior to the patch.
I did notice the same for physical products too, but I would not be able to state if it is a permanent problem or not: empty sector, the products would not start selling if too much under sector average score, even if, by definition, there is a total lack of product.
How come customers could be that demanding when demand is infinitely higher than supply? The sector average score loses its meaning there (and I even wonder why there is one in the first place).
The funny thing is, as soon as some products start selling, the score converge towards the sold products average score.

David,

Tesco is not in Retail or any of these other markets besides Media. Seems a number of new bugs have been introduced with latest patch.

Oddly it seems to affect certain cities/markets and not others.

I'm still getting trapped into a price agreement in retail even though no one else is selling the software product for the Lindows OS.

I'm sourcing the product from Tata > Wholesale Warehouse > Retail stores.

You may try the following new function in v5.4.32 to see who is enforcing the price agreement.

Added a new function for seeing who sets the price agreement. Click on the "Price Agreement" sign and the game will go to the firm that sets the price. (A company who has the power to set the price in a price agreement is the original producer and the brand owner of the product.)

But the price agreement shouldn't even be in place in retail if I'm the only retail firm in that market selling the product. In addition changing the price the AI just revert it back.

Well since you can track the source back, that would help identifiy what entity is responsible for that abnormal behaviour.
Noticed anything there? Does that link work at all?

There's no source.

I'm trying to resell Software product from my subsidiary compny into retail stores for my OS (Lindows). The subsidiary and no other retailer is selling the software product(s) for the OS (Lindows) but I'm still getting locked into a retail price agreement when it shouldn't be possible due to there's no MSRP due to the product not being available in the retail market.
Price Agreements occur when the manufacturer of the specific brand is also one of the retailers. Price agreements will occur between 2 or more retailers provided that one is the manufacturer. Price agreements do not occur between any number of retailers as long as one of them is not the manufacturer.

What's the firm description of your retail store that is forced to have a price agreement on Lindows? I will check it for you.
