Just learned this. Once you save the game with the work around the graphic changes stay, but only after the work around and saving it with the workaround

Upon further investigation just this morning I noticed something else. The work around for custom game creation only works if the setting are unchanged after going to the scenario. Somehow when you change the settings in the Custom game creator is changes it so it has this glitch but when going to a scenario it somehow takes the settings from the scenario you selected and applies it to the custom game creation screen and then as long as you create the custom game without changing any of the settings from scenario settings it places, it works. If you change the settings in the custom game creation after going to the scenario, it breaks again. Needless to say I tried this morning the workaround and found out what the real culprit is that is causing the issue. I am going to take the mod off and see if it breaks through the custom creation and change the settings like I normally do. If you need a list of the settings that I use that seem to cause this, please let me know.

Well I just figured out why it does that. It is a game feature. If you disable a percentage of products with that setting option, it hides the buildings that requires those disabled products. However, in the description of that setting it does not say anything about the game hiding buildings in which those products are disabled. I will do a play through with the setting enabled and see if the buildings become re-activated. Problem found!!!!
