I have enough cash to built insurance hq and branch also i have got a big subsidiary with large cash still not able to built the insurance business.sharing the screenshot

there should be 3 rows, not 2, below bank branch, for inssurance hq, insurance branch and global market trader. What version of game are you using? may be only banks are implemented in yours.

Please try the latest version 6.2.09.

and im wating for 6.3, dont wanna start a new again
also i think i found 2 more bugs and potential exploits with banks, but have to test a bit more to see what trigers them ... when i have the time and ill post my findings.
