Does this ice cream balancing effect mods that still have the old demand for ice cream in their data, meaning do mods override the change?

The ice-cream balancing issue was unintendedly created while we were changing the ice-cream image and its production quantity in version 6.4.00. Versions before 6.4.00 did not have this problem. And it has been fixed in the latest versions for both release and post-release beta versions.

I believe that the mods are using their own data, which are not affected by the recent ice-cream balancing issue.

If the modder has changed the Ice Cream stats post 6.4.00 then it will be fine, but if he used anything post 6.4.00 as a base and did not alter anything on the Ice Cream, then the problem will persist despite the patch. Most of the main mods will have already used altered stats for Ice Cream though and will thus have been unaffected by the original problem and therefore never needed this fix.

Put another way, if a mod had this problem before, then this will not fix it until the modder provides an update to his mod based on the new Mod Kit data, as the mod will simply override anything the new patch has added.

After not playing for about 18 months i have installed this version to see what has changed from 5.4.31.

Is it correct that AI mangers no longer have any expertise ?

AI managers do have expertise in the latest version if you set them so in the new game settings menu.

Aah thanks, in my script i had it set to Very High and this no longer appears to be an option, changing it to High worked.

Hi using this patch + real world 11.38 i find the Client List menu doesn't always load ?

This bug will be fixed in the next patch v6.5.06.

I set up a subsidiary with just banking specialisation and gave it 400 million

I set up a subsidiary with just insurance specialisation and gave it 100 million

8 years in neither had built a head quarters... is it intended that i have to place the HQ before they will do anything ?
