We have added the Mouse Sensitivity setting on the game option menu.
Please try version 1.981 and see if it fixes the problem:

In the windowed mode, CapLab actually use the same mouse input as other Windows application.
Can you move your mouse smoothly in the CapLab windowed mode?

or is there any specific that may conflict with my PC system?
My system Specs:

Is your mouse movement speed normal on other windows application windows, outside the CapLab window?

The mouse movement outside Caplab is very normal.. and the same with other PC games (softcore, hardcore) i played... mouse movement is very normal.. easy to select game menu (build and such).. but for Caplab.. to go click menu (stock exchange, build supermarket etc etc etc).. my eyes needs to be very very sharp in order not to miss the button.. because of the Unstable mouse cursor..

Please send me your computer configuration file DxDiag.txt for investigation. You may produce the DxDiag.txt file by running the Command prompt from the Windows Start menu, then type “DxDiag” on the Command prompt.
When the DxDiag window is opened, click on the “Save All Information” button at the center bottom of the window. Then send over this file as an email attachment to
david@enlight.com.hk
More detailed instructions for generating dxdiag file:
For Windows XP users:
1. Click the Start button.
2. Click 'Run'.
3. In the open dialog box, type: 'dxdiag'. The diagnostic tool will run.
4. Click to 'Save All Information' and save "dxdiag.txt" to your desktop.
5. Attach the "dxdiag.txt" document to your support email.
For Windows Vista/Windows 7 users:
1. Click the Start button.
2. In the Search field, enter 'dxdiag'. The diagnostic tool will run.
3. Click to 'Save All Information' and save "dxdiag.txt" to your desktop.
4. Attach the "dxdiag.txt" document to your support email.

We disabled mouse acceleration in patch 1.983 and you may see if it remedies your mouse issue.
