Could it be that it now only works with the CMO?

If I hand over responsibility to the COO only, there is still no advertising, even though he controls the service company and the advertising budget is ticked.

Is this intentional or has not everything been fixed?

Did you enable the "Budget Advertising" under the "Financial" page of COO policies screen?

Yes, this is activated. You can also see this in the save game I sent you, I have checked it. With the normal stores, everything works fine with the COO, but unfortunately not with the service companies.
But with CMO it works now, which didn't work before the update, so I thought maybe it's intentional for some reason.

I just tested it again and loaded your save game. "Advertising Budget" was not checked. So I checked it. Then I fired your CMO and the COO was able to manage advertising for your service firms.

Ok seems to have been a problem with me, after I loaded an older version it also works, maybe also an error in the save game, because I have continued playing in the meantime.
