Its always been a Grey area, but i believe it falls on the side of going red flag when you take a image that is not owned by yourself and charge money to use it as well as even creating a image like a building and having a real world company logo on it and charging money for it. Steam workshop has a enormous amount of mods that add real world content and nobody bats an eye regarding it, until or unless someone decides they want to charge money for it. You really only need to look at the SimCity 4 community at Simtropolis to know or see how they handle it. Could also be a great source for buildings for Capitalism lab modders to add to their mods, just as long as you either ask permission to use and give credit. Great community though.
