"Capitalism 2:Rush hours",
"Capitalism 2:World of Capitalism"

Keep the brand a live! Capitalism has come a long way from the first version to Capitalism Lab. Capitalism 2 has brand recognition. Capitalism 3 is a good representation of what the game is.
Also if I see a game that says it is the 3rd version It makes me think that the game was popular enough for the developers to make another.

I suggest the title look like this on the cover.

I know I'm coming into this topic late, I guess I never noticed it back when it was posted in March so I don't expect it to change now, but still with that said.

Capitalism Lab to me is too sterile. What it brings to my mind is more that what is going on in the game is an experiment, not a game, when I think of the name Cap Lab, what I really see is simply Capitalism Laboratory which again to me is more of an experiment than a game.

Capitalism Evolution does not suit the game to me, maybe Capitalism Evolved might be better since to me evolution is an ongoing process and let's really face facts, eventually they're going to have to stop working on the game so eventually it's going to stop evolving and just be evolved as far as it's going to go.

Capitalism Unlimited - Sounds a lot like a monopoly game and it's not exactly "unlimited" since there will be many things that people will want to do but the game can't allow for one reason or another.

Cap City - Catchy title, but it's really not a game about the city.

Cap Empire - Add in the feature that was requested where we run multiple corporations and you may be able to use a name like Cap Empire.

Capitalism Masters Edition - That might work. It still retains the Capitalism name and expresses that a lot has been done to the game to make it more well... a masters edition.

Capitalism Corporate Takeover - I like this name but it's not important enough of a mechanic in the game to make it plausible.

Nope, if it was me, I'd go for the Capitalism: Masters edition.

I would reserve Capitalism 3 for when the game is completely overhauled, given a total and complete face lift as well as a huge amount of new features are added into the game, I know Lab has a lot of new features, but I'm talking about a HUGE amount of new features and total and complete overhaul is best for version 3 naming.

Since nobody voted for Capitalism City, I have replaced the poll option "Capitalism City" with "Capitalism Masters Edition".

The game is close to release and it is too late to change the name. But it will still be interesting to get user's feedback on their preferred names of the game.

Capitalism Lab would do fine, in my humble opinion.

How about "Capitalism: DRM - Get Online or Pass By" ?

I think Capitalism Lab is super. It's a great working name and it indicates that the game development is not yet finished. (I hope the guys from Enlight agree with me - there is still so much to be done and so many ideas,...)

Sorry that I'm late. I asked about the name in another post, so now that I found the topic I reckon I can put my two cents in the right place. I dislike the name "Lab" because products in a lab are in testing and not ready for release. Products that have passed QA are not "in the lab", they have "gone to market"

I think that matejfore's quote is well said, but I have the opposite conclusion. People would rather payed for... a finished product. I simply mean, advertising that "it's a work in progress" detracts value.

Capitalism Masters doesn't work because it sounds like you're followingIndustry Masters.

Cap2013 gives the impression that this is a modern update of the classic game, which I feel is the strongest selling point (since that is why I pre-ordered as soon as saw the link.) And at this late date, it's a tidy way to rename it without introducing another subtitle to compete with what has been called Lab. It's a easy way to re-hook the old player base: It screams "look, Capitalism's been updated!"

Well, it must be time to play some more!

From the things I currently can choose i would prefer "Evolution"

Here where I am, Capitalism World or ~ - Rule the Markets would sound good, if you consider to sell it here in Germany (Europe)
