AI executive salaries gameplay balance improvements in version 10.0.07

The problem with this is the following, we are not always able to maintain that astronomical profit.

When the company is at a loss or has low profits, we still have to pay the same salary to our executives, and there is no option to lower the amount.

Starting from Version 10.0.09, your executives may voluntarily reduce their salaries if their attitudes towards you is good.

I have noticed that if I refuse a raise for my CEO they don't always resign but sometimes they are disappointed in me. But there appears to be no attitude consequences:

Here is a savegame of this. Run it at high speed and my Real Estate CEO will ask for a raise, refuse her and she will have no attitude decrease.

Verified that it is fixed. Attitude will now decrease.

I noted when my CEO chose to reduce her pay, her attitude towards me dropped, even though i hadnt asked her to reduce pay. (and couldnt decline the offer)

I would suggest having compensation based on stock performance/business operations.
