I sent an email. It was in my spam folder but when I try registering it says the key is invalid. I tried all combinations with the - without the - just spaces, space before and after the -.....so I sent and email with that key.
We've registered the DLC for you.

There seems to be an issue where the advertising for E-Commerce no longer shows the city that the media firm is based in. This has only started since I put the service dlc beta on. I understand it's still in beta, so I thought I should raise it (haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else...).

Yes, the city indicator is missing in the Link Media section:

Same is true for all other Internet Companies.
It is still there when you do select a company and add it to the list:

- City.png (77.01 KiB) Viewed 13944 times

It is actually the same issue for non-internet companies as well. It doesn't tell you what city the media is based in. In the case of non-internet companies it does not matter what city it is as brand is city based (and the location of internet companies is irrelevant). But in the case of internet companies you can advertise anywhere and so media firms in all cities can be accessed.

In older versions of the game the city is visible in the list:

I asked the dev team. Their answer is that the for Internet firms, their locations do not affect the effectiveness of the advertising because they cover all cities. Thus, the names of the cities they are based in are not displayed.
As for traditional media firms, only those in the current city are displayed. In version 10.0 and before, you will see that it always shows the same city name for all media firms. So it is not very meaningful to display it when all are the same.
The change in v11. 0 is to streamline the display.

I'm confused now. Does this mean that doing advertising for an ecommerce is pointless now?

Could you please explain that (which part is confusing and why doing advertising for an ecommerce requires display of city names) in more details so that I can forward your comments to the dev team?

Logisitics company
Is there a feature where you can outsource your logistics transport to other companies in the game, if not could it be added in the future?

yep there is , you can have 1 logistics firm by any corporation you own either open up a sub and this sub will setup a logistics firm and run all transport, or just let the AI corporations run their logistics, the more transport capacity needed, the more AI corporations will open up their own logistics, the only thing thats not possible is transfering a logistics firm from 1 corporation to another like banks/insurance companies due to the max 1 per corporation

Hi devs!
First I want to say thank you for adding shopping malls to the newest DLC, this improves the game a lot and I like this new feature! Still, I have 2 questions:
- as of now it seems, shopping malls do not need to pay taxes, therefore they are real cash cows at the moment. Is this on purpose? All my other firms are taxed but not my malls.
- currently my malls gain customer frequency when I have a lot of shops with good variety (and some food businesses). I don't have to advertise my shopping mall, so I make a lot of money with them. Do we have to advertise the malls in the future? I'd like to see that coming
