Any units that have reached level 9 will no longer incur any training costs, regardless of the training slider’s settings.
I do not agree. Training is a process, and there is no "goal" to be reached. If you stop paying to train your people, their level should DECREASE over time. That's why i found normal to continue to pay even if the max level was reached.

1. If when you lose control of your company and are ineffect 'fired' would it not be possible to start up a Newco in the same game if you have managed to save up personal money?

2. If during a merger, to stop one company becoming too dominant could it not be forced to sell or close down x amount of companies. In the UK we experienced something similar when Morrisons supermarket bought out Safeways and had to sell some of the stores in order to not become too dominant in certain areas.

3. Could it not be possible to have names for our 'brands' and to be able to buy and sell them to and from competitors, not just products?

4. Could we not have unique companies 'within' companies. E.g. I may have a company called Anglia Trading, but own a number of retail groups called 'Sportsco' a discount store company called 'Cheapco' and a seperate manufacturing company.

When I own over 75%(even 100%) of some other corp, why I can't manage their factories/markets ??

The idea of giving brands a name and selling them is great.

But it would need an option to manage the different brands.

any chance having derivatives,cds or something like that? it would be really nice making a few billions if a another company goes down.

10. Computer doesn't seem to buy firms when I click 'sell this firm' on many retail stores etc. and wait for decades. Government always sells off advertising firms and never buys them back if player puts them on sale, it's unrealistic that they are on sale in every game. Computer players don't buy ad firms currently, I think. They could in the add-on.

14. COO does not make full use of the ad firms that I own when there is a delegated retail store with advertising units. And when he does, he should always put the amount to max when there are owned ad firms to use.
1) Different AI persons have different preferences on advertising spending, which can be viewed on the Person Report's Personality page. Those with a low value on this preference will tend to spend very little on advertising.

2) Owned ad firms generate incomes from local advertisers as well as other AI companies potentially. So even if the AI owns the media firm, it may not want to set the ad amount to max, which will reduce ad incomes from other clients.

Possibility to apply one price to all shops by the click of one button.

More products

More raw materials

"Smarter" competitors

Possibility to "fund" a new EXTRA company from your personal wealth / company

Better graphics

Possibility to ask for BIDS and Tenders! Also, possibility to apply to tenders! This will be very interesting!

More commodities such as cement, fertilizer...etc.

Possibility of going into construction?

Possibility of PPP / BOT with governments and public service...etc.

Possibility of more real estate development such as malls, restaurants...etc.

Possibility to create a small real estate project where you take a small part of the city and develop it and sell flats, villas...etc.

More cities and specific city strengths / weaknesses. For instance, producing wine in France isn't like producing it in Kenya! Bigger cities would also be better!

Real multiplayer gaming! This will make the game much much more interesting!

Possibility of personal investments / wealth management...etc.

Possibility of buying banks / financial institutions...etc.

More sophisticated manufacturing

More units per store / factory

Possibility to make promotions / marketing campaigns...etc.

More control over CTO, CMO, COO...etc. Set targets, offer compensation scheme, offer bonus / stock option...etc.

More control over media outlets and possibility to "start up" a media conglomerate rather than just buying out some media outlets!

This one is certainly needed.

A central screen where you can control all of the prices of the goods that are sold in your companies stores. Possibly even with the ability to categorise it by city also allowing you to set different prices for headache pills between Sydney and Chicago.
