Roads seem to limit farm expansions in strange ways, i cant expand the farm into the circled areas

The game launcher in the full version installer v10.0.27 allows you to select the non-SDL version (now called the DirectDraw version). You could switch to this version if you experience display problems with the default SDL version. Please see this webpage for more details: https://www.capitalismlab.com/display-troubleshooting/
In my previous playthrough I ALWAYSexperience the game exiting. This have frustrated me, and stop playing the game for a while. I am here to know if someone has experienced the same issue?
I am currently reinstalling the game and hopes this will fix it.
This started occurring in previous version when I started using the quick save function.
I am using an AMD chip(in case necessary)

I think so.(also I've seen examples previously mentioned, AI is blocked from production, but still builds factories) - this may be because it can do software, so its building hardware too ?

Both these games ran for 10 and 15 years respectively - despite this and having 1000% training, the manufacturing units in the software factory remain at 4 as they started.
Game - Auto Pay Increase 15 years 19 percent.7z
Game - Manual Pay Increase 10 years 54 percent.7z
The game with auto pay increases my CEO gained 19% approval in 15 years
The game where i manually approved the pay rises gained 54 percent approval in 10 years.
It seems the bonus 5% approval each time i manually accept a pay rise is not applied with the auto pay rise setting.
I have deleted the game, because it is no use.
