maybe same issue as on 11.08 - 21 ...
suggest you download the 11.0.22 patch and drop em over the game, this one is working perfectly fine, if you still got em, if you dont have that patch file anymore let me know and i ll provide ya with it. always good to keep a few patch files backwards, in case a new patch does not work, once its working flawless, you can delete old patch files. that way you can always rollback on a previous beta patch

No idea what's going on there. I got the same problem myself.
1st time I updated game to .23 something went weird the default list folder was empty and even cap start vanished.

i patched it again, downloaded your mod using the auto download, made a game, saved it, and i can load the game again. It did not appear to download any music though

maybe same issue as on 11.08 - 21 ...
suggest you download the 11.0.22 patch and drop em over the game, this one is working perfectly fine, if you still got em, if you dont have that patch file anymore let me know and i ll provide ya with it. always good to keep a few patch files backwards, in case a new patch does not work, once its working flawless, you can delete old patch files. that way you can always rollback on a previous beta patch

i downloaded magitek manually just now and it got a new 1.13 version.
This one seem OK, even if i lost ma savegame again (as mod version changed)
Is there a way to force the load anyway?

Try opening Magitek.txt and changing the version back to 1.12. It should work without a problem.

Logistics companies ... auto freight capacity expansion is no good at the moment unless you got trillions of dollars to throw away

i used the first time the auto capacity expansion, and i was shocked at my new logistics company monthly expenses
now i understand why AI Logistics run on crazy losses

/edid after reloading a previous savegame and playing the logistics now manually to have exact reference numbers

before on manual settings i had a small profit by 4,406,026 total capacity

now with auto-training am totally in loss as it changes to
11,791 Logistics Center
428,956 fixed route costs
184,538 variable route costs
5,936,691 Freight capacity expansion
17,300 training
total 6,579,466 !!!!!
total capacity after 4,600,316 a training of 194,290 new capacity at the cost of $30.56 per capacity thats 10.73 times more then manually
even 12 x $150.000 max sliders would be 1.2 million max no idea where this 6 million come from and the result for that crazy expansion investment is about same then manually

now manually training
11,981 Logistics Center
403,610 fixed route costs
190,429 variable route costs
512,857 Freight capacity expansion
17,300 training
total 1,136,177
total capacity after 4,586,146 a training of 180,120 capacity at the cost of $2.85 per capacity

a Logisitcis company on autotrain mostlikely never makes any money due to the insane training costs that are more then 10 times higher then usual

the AI logistics got by a capacity of 1.740.000 a whopping 582.772 fixed route costs
$334.50 fixed route cost per 1.000 capacity for AI and 76.79 Logistics Tech Advantage = 30.72% reduced fixed costs and 15.36% reduced variable costs
$88 fixed route cost per 1.000 capacity for me and i have 0 investment in in IT system means 0% reduction of costs
so the AI run on 5.5 times the fix costs they cant make money with logistics company
also accumulated manually the fixed route costs of the AI company its $170k for last month while the financial report states 582.772
3 years financial stats of logistics company ...
74 million loss by
6.8million revenue
34 million training for this tiny 1.74 million capacity (i had 4 million training costs for 4.2million capacity on manual settings)
32 million fixed route costs
about 65% capacity of that company is used absolute money sink for AI companies

i ll dropped you the save game from oct 1st 1903 on my drive, from which i tested both variants ... auto expansion training is off ... you can play it through with off, then reload and play it with auto training on ... and you ll see the insane difference on nov 1st 1903
