The game blocks when I click once and unblocks when I click a second time. By the way, it happens when I click "left" or "right"...

This explains that between the time the music goes off and the time the music comes back on, the cursor is in a different place.

1) I've watched these 2 videos but I couldn't tell exactly at which point the game froze up. It seems that you were able to move the cursor throughout the videos and I could hear the music throughout the video except during loading screens.

Could you tell me the exact time point in the video (at what minutes and what seconds since the start of the video) when the game froze up?

2) I loaded your save game but didn't encounter any issue.

3) Did the game freeze up only when you move your mouse cursor to scroll the map or perform some actions? Or did it freeze without you doing anything?

It happens when it's in Windowed ( Mode fenetré) or Borderless Windowed Mode (Mode fenêtré sans bordure).

For 0:17 to 0:22, you can see that the part where it is put "Capitalism Lab" on the left, above become blue when a game is in progress and becomes white when the game freezes

When it only happens in window mode and borderless windowed mode, then it is likely to be a compatibility issue with the Windows and video display.

Did you experience this problem all along in all versions you played or just the recent versions?

You may try the following solution:

SOLUTION 1:
1) Right-click on the Capitalism Lab icon to open the properties window.
2) Select the “Compatibilities” tab and enable the Windows XP compatibility option.
3) Enable the option "Run this program as an administrator."
4) Click “Change high DPI settings” and then enable the option "Override high DPI scaling behavior."
5) Run the game.


And the version number display issue will be fixed.

I hadn't really paid attention to it, but it's a bug I've had since the first installation of the game... From time to time, I can't click on an icon in the start menu.

Unfortunately, your advice doesn't work.

However, on another pc, I don't have this problem. It would be a problem with my graphics card, but I would have to test the game with another graphics card.

Anyway, it's just a little bug that rarely happens and that doesn't interfere with my ability to play.

Update : chance or not, there was last night an update of windows which removes the bug in question, but now, there are now missing squares when I move the mouse with the max zoom.

I will check with the programmer on this. Could you forward me the post which you said you saw me mentioning that it would be fixed in .08? I couldn't find it.
