Just got the game with DLCs yesterday. Activating the mod has been causing logoRes operator error in the tutorials. Resetting the mod does not help. The CONFIG.DAT has to be deleted in order for the error to go away. Both 11.40 and 11.35 had the same issue.
Did you encounter the same error with other mods?

No. The problem seems to be caused by specific chosen logos (eg. Nestle works fine but Ikea crashes the game when trying to open Information Centre) or character portraits, in the latter case the game crashes during the loading screen with a PersonRes operator error right after logo and portrait selection.

To clarify a few things on modding in general as I also saw this question on my Mod and others (and apologies Piermario for jumping into your thread) - this
CANNOT be done by using the .res file that you download and install. In order to mod a mod, you need to have the
source files for that mod and you need to know how to pack that data once you've made changes. The guide from Enlight is a good one and guides you through it nicely

If you want to mod Piermarios mod, you will need his permission and his source files in order to do it.

Source files for 11.2 and 11.34 are attached to first post.
Since i like to tweak things i just use the latest version he releases the source for. I seem to be using 11.38 atm but i dont know if that was taken down or i just named it wrongly.

I am now playing a new game and now it is Raw Caviar that are produced excessively.
Beeswax are produced, but also used.
I can't say about Timber yet, as the only currently available deposit are placed in an unlucky position that prevent any one from taking it.
So it seems like that for each game the, one Farm Product is produced excessively, but not the same.
I have never seen a vanilla product being overproduced, which makes me think that some RW Frm products are set to high, but since it is not the same products for every game, and until now only 2 product have been the overproduced good, it might only be some some products that are set so high, that they become the individual game's "favorite" product, So maybe only a slight adjustment is needed for some products, including Beeswax and Raw Caviar needs to be adjusted slighty just to prevent the game from choosing a "favorite" product.
It might be worth waiting with the big adjustments and only adjust products that someone have reported being the "favorite" product.
I guess that I am not the only players who have this problem, so it would be nice to know from other players, what products are affected for them.

The problem wasn't that the build several logging because one couldn't keep up with the need, but that sometimes one or two companies build several without using them. In a game one company had 5 logging camp but none of them had any sales, neither internal nor external.
In my previous games I used the official release, so I had to install the post-release inorder to test patch 6.5.06.
And it seems like the problem is solved, At least I have haven't experienced any unused farms or resource firms yet
