Lease renewal modification

So I had my lease renewal condition set at 100% when the date came the new lease was renewing at 130% instead of asking me if I wanted to accept or relocate it just closed the store. This behavior needs to change to where it asks you if you want to close or relocate and give you time (move you to month-to-month at new rate) to attend to the release renewal options (renew/relocate) instead of just closing the store down.
I was in the middle of building out my supply chain and I had 3 different store rentals that just closed. Now I'm going back via a save game trying to up the renewal condition speaking of which Firm View should allow us to set renewal condition for our mall stores and/or a setting for us to set renewal conditions in bulk for all mall locations.

In the latest version it will no longer close the store - it just notifies you if the rent is too high. Which version are you on?

Please download the new patch 11.0.25 which has the following change:
Shopping Mall: The “Landlord will not renew lease” button will not be displayed for your stores or your subsidiary’s stores, to avoid confusion.

How do I do that? I'm playing a release version can I apply the patch from within the game?

I think you are playing the beta version for the shopping mall feature because shopping malls are not available in the release version.
Please follow the instructions in
viewtopic.php?t=9970 for applying the patch.

Will it tell us WHY they won't renew the lease?
Probably be a good idea to also give us the option to relocate store as well.

I'm playing 10.0.52 Release the patch seems to be post re-release beta.
I have preordered the Service DLC and have it enabled. I'm lost.

What's Ironic was I was trying not to play with post-release beta because I wanted a stable game. Will my release save game work with the beta?

Please be informed that version 11.0 is not compatible with 10.0 save games.
