I am getting a new laptop soon. What is the best way to put it on there without buying new set of license.

You can simply download the CapLab installer from viewtopic.php?t=9716 and install it on your new laptop. Then use your existing CapLab account to login.

To avoid creating a new topic, I'll ask here. After downloading the game to a new computer, having passed authorization at the time of downloading, I do not see previously purchased DLC in the list of available ones. The license for the game was purchased complete with DLC.
