What impressed me most about version 11 is that the rarest resource is land.
40 AI in a single city, it's the setting I'm used to. But I remember AI didn't build firms this crazy (see the mini map!) before in version 10.
The only factor holding my company back is the lack of land.

PS: we need larger allowable attachment size because in v11 the savefile is over 6MB.

Completely agree. And I suggest it as a new function in the new Service Industry DLC to expand city size as city grows.

I believe a nice addition to the game and somewhat a solution to this problem would be adding a factory and r&d equivalent of the shopping mall (name it: industrial park and r&d center or whatever). Probably making cities able to own and build one would also make sense. Cause land is a limited resource IRL. You can already create a new city and theoretically build factory there, but sometimes the location is important.

Moreover a fully landless experience would be nice. It’s nothing extraordinary for manufacturing companies (especially local subsidiaries) to not hold any land.
