Hello my english is not the best but i try to explain u my problem.
2 days ago i buyed your game and i have one problem.
I play in German and i got this problem . when i try to play in english i dont have this problem.

The Problem is when i hover over some Text a bubble Opens and help me to understand this point.
But when i hover over emty fields or something a bubble opend only for 0.1sec and closed.

This Bubble open and is correct but when i go to an empty field bubble opens again for only 0.1 sec and closed. this is a little bit anyoing and only in German. in English i dont have this problem.

I just tested it and I had exactly the same display in the English as the German version shown in your video.

It is actually not an empty field. The help provides the hint that the player can click on the portrait to open the Persons report.

If you don't move the mouse cursor and stay there on the portrait, then it won't flicker.

You may try disabling the popup help. Please see the screenshot below.

yeah that fix it but then i dont have help but its okay. if i learn the game i dont need the help button anymore.
