cooperatives

Just wondering if the addition of cooperatives would enhance playability. Workers as shareholders?
Also, as raised in Piermario's recent post, I too would like to see the return of crops/livestock being contingent upon climate, soil fertility etc. This worked well in Capitalism 1 and would make the game even more realistic.
