Import AI resources. AI changes to internal supply.Players can continue to import and production will not be discontinued
What we have discovered so far is wood resources. I don’t know if other resources have the same problem.

This is an intended feature - once you make the supply link it can't be broken by setting Internal Sale as it only applies to new links (if it does apply to new links then it is bug).
However if you do want to break an internal sale link that the AI has with you you can try demolishing the factory/farm/mine/etc it came from or raise the price to a high level so that they break it off themselves.
