This allows you to set the size of a city you create in a game:

- CitySmall.png (33.12 KiB) Viewed 4409 times
I am not sure what the use of it is, except maybe to increase the challenge a bit.

Thank you for detailed answer. Do I guess correctly that "fixed" makes biggest (200x200) size city.

Yes, by default cities are always 200x200.
