Is it a bug that I can't open new stores in shopping centers and apartments?
I've sent you an email with my archive files.

The bug has been fixed in latest version 11.0.67. Please see:
viewtopic.php?t=10200
If it doesn't open the store type selection menu the first time you click on it, you can click it one more time and it should appear.
