I upgraded to 11.0.67 and it look like that the parameter Private Company=Yes in my script doesn't work anymore. I always get only 20% on my company.
Is there a change? a conflict with a new parameter? or just a small bug?

I created the following script to test it and it worked. Maybe you can try a simple script similar to this and see if it works on your side.

[HEADER]
Title=Test

[ENVIRONMENT]
Private Company=Yes

I just tried it and it worked - not sure what the issue is but my company did start as private when I ran your script.

probably some setting like realistic money supply affecting things

fixed, strange.
after update to the last capitalism version, i activated all DLC again.
look like subsidiary was not correctly initialized. i disabled it and activated it angain and it fixed my issue .... very strange
