Disabled products will disable store types - but not for Malls

If you restrict certain product types in the game, you cannot build the stores for those product types. For example Toy stores can't be built if toys are not allowed.
However this restriction does apply to malls:
Example: Run a game with this script and you can still open Toy and Cake shops in malls:
