Did you update the game with the patch or the full version installer?
Did the crash happen at the game launcher, or after you have logged in on the launcher?

No error information, startup crash.

It seems that there are some compatibility issues with the new launcher running on some Windows configuration.
We have reverted it back to the original version of the game launcher in the meantime, and updated v11.0.86.
Please download the patch v11.0.86 or installer again:
