Not sure what exactly you are asking for here. Do you mean that accounting service/legal firms should be added to the game? Would be interesting to add for a mod.

Well you technically can add a product named Accounting services via mod. Make it rendered via a service firm. I believe the Real world mod does it.

The thing is 3x3 layout and core mechanics applied by the game towards service firms do not really suit real life concepts of service firms (it’s too factory-like). For this instance in real world you don’t need a constant supply of CDs with accounting software to render services. Computers / soft is your CAPEX. The main cost and added value comes from the staff and IT expenditures to some extend.

The first part is not simulated at all, since training only gives you bonuses to the speed of services „manufacturing”. While IRL better staff = better quality of the service = potentially bigger chunk of the market.

To add to that, modded services are still treated as any other goods, which means consumers are the only clients (which breaks the immersion completely in case of accounting services). There is no possibility to make modded services a good, which AI may acquire form you.

Mechanically wise, new logistic companies or internet companies are best suited to simulate typical service firms from costs / added value perspective (including accounting), but then again revenue streams of such firms cannot be modded, so you are left with unsuitable $/cargo or CPC concepts :(

Well Thank you soo much for your detail explanation… I understand why it is currently difficult to add such B2B services like accounting firms and legal firms in the game But i still hope developers can consider my suggestion because i am really curious to play according firms and legal firms in the game hope someone can add it soonnnn…

Yep, I agree with you. Back-office kind of services are really lacking in the game. But wouldn’t have much hope, if I were you. Service industry was asked to be added in this forum for years and we got the Service DLC with pizza restaurants and shopping malls :D (which is fine addition, but doesn’t quite scratch the itch)
