Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

I bought the latest version of Capitalism Lab along with 2 DLCs a few days ago. Today I bought the Digital Age DLC. The email says:


1) Please download and install the latest version of Capitalism Lab from:
https://caplab.b-cdn.net/Capitalism_Lab_Installer.exe

2) Register the Digital Age DLC at https://www.capitalismlab.com/account/register_dlc.html (then it provides my registration key)


My questions: Do I have to follow step 1? Do I need to reinstall "the latest version of Capitalism Lab" using the installer? Or can I just register the Digital Age DLC that I just bought?

You could just register the Digital Age DLC without downloading the installer again.
