Guys, after installing the banks dlc and the services dlc i have no idea where is the option for creating a new company that is a subsidiary, can someone help me?

Oh thanks! I didn't recieve a notification for your reply. My problem is that after I acquired the new DLC of Banks and Services, the "Setup a New Subsidiary Company" is not on the "Financial Action" tab anymore. And now i've seen that i needed to scroll down more, I'm sorry for being dumb, thanks a lot!
