From the Ritz to REITs: Pushing the Banking DLC's limits

Hey all, Was doing a bit of a deep dive into some real-world data to sharpen my property plays in-game, and I fell down a rabbit hole looking at the most expensive hotel in paris : the Plaza Athénée, the Ritz, all that. We’re talking 10k a night easy, sometimes way more. It hit me then: in Capitalism Lab, even with the Banking DLC, the top-tier property assets are a bit thin on the ground. We’ve got the usual offices and warehouses, but luxury hotels as a serious investment sector? Properly overlooked.
Question is: has anyone actually tried to simulate a Parisian luxury hotel style portfolio using the DLC tools? Maybe via some fictional REITs or setting up entities specifically for prestige commercial real estate? If you look at the actual numbers (a top-tier Paris hotel can be worth hundreds of millions in asset value), it’s exactly the kind of financial brick the Banking module should be able to handle.
I’ve had a go with some custom loan structures but the simulated yields are still a bit flat compared to what luxury real estate should be raking in. Anyone here pushed the financial modelling that far or is it just a bit too far outside what the DLC can do out of the box? Cheers.
