I was surprised when I was checking on my silver mine and jewelry factory, out in no-man's-land, and found my competitor's residential highrise!
Perhaps that was a fine attempt to house my workers, but I figure he paid inflated land prices to begin with near the mine, and the land will be worth even less after the mine dries up and is demolished. But I should get better prices when I sell my land, I guess.
