Why do you make polls if you end up implementing the features you like that are not the most "popular" ??

In both polls, you implemented features that weren't the most voted ones, more COO options had only 10 votes, against 18 votes both for customizable cities and multiple companies..

Voting's a bad way to choose features any how. Maybe it's more for the checking if the ideas are popular just to be candidates, not guarantees, to be implemented.

Anyway I think they're trying to release it sometime (in late November), which they can't do by adding 'major' feature like multiple company management would be (which is an option I asked to be explained, but no one has. Again, it makes zero sense to me.)

In the other poll one of the implemented features (added new resolution) might be one line of code, whereas writing a script parser is a huge matter. Maybe the they are working on that, but it's simply going to take more time.

If it's going to take more than a day to implement, maybe they won't do it before release, otherwise we'll never have a release because we have to test every new thing. I'm happy we're getting any new features before release.

You're right.

For whoever is interested about new features or improvement, here are links to the original posts:

http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... f=14&t=848
Whether we could successfully receive the resources we need to implement the new features depends on your help to promote the game - may see the Marketing Suggestions forum for more details on this viewtopic.php?f=15&t=823.
http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... f=14&t=849
Apart from the major new features after release (see this post: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=848), we may implement minor improvements and new features after release with a lower to much lower milestone target (depending on how much resources it takes for the implementation).

Version 1.994 RC appears to be stable and we have thus released it as an auto patch.

Version 1.994 will become the official release version 2.0 if we do not receive any new bug reports.
