realistic growing cities

hey,
first of all id like to say that caplab is awesome.
the expanding cities are great however it is not really what i expected. no if yo or the ai buys land basically it will be filled with apartment and buildings communities buildings etc. however after some time you can have many large RES park in your city. the small mount off variation in buildings makes the city boring. so is it possible to select your land, and enable the software to expand the city its self. (with the houses/building that you find standard on the maps in the beginning of the game) and the residents paying you rent for the land. this will help to expand the existing cities without the creation of huge boring AI hoods. and ugly colored terrain
second i notice that after AI companies get bigger the center of a cities will often be completely filled with stores. and with all the company logos it looks quite weird, if it be possible to add a option to only show those logos if you hover over a building (you can see it on the mini-map anyway.
sorry for bad grammar
