Can we please have an option to sell commercial buildings to government? They never buy any of my apartments or commercial buildings.

Government or other companies can also initiate purchase of my buildings(0-10% more), which would fetch more prices than what it's worth, If I want to initiate the sell, it can fetch less prices (say 10% less).

Perhaps being able to buy real estate from the government as well as sell it, would enhance the real estate side somewhat.
So yes, I support new opportunities in regards to interacting with the government.
