Batch unreliable

When I have the red exclamation point and go to a store with the purchasing unit and try to do a batch switch supplier it doesn't work but when I go to the purchasing unit when the red exclamation point isn't alarming I'm able to use it.

Could you provide me with your save game via Dropbox? You may save your game at the moment when the batch switch supplier function is not working.
