Bug with technical officer

HI,
i just found out the follwing.
I have allready R&D Centers and with projects.
Now i hired a technical officer and allow him to change r&D projects.
When the first projects finished i get the allert message that my research for cpu is finished. And its raised to 483.
but in reallity its just 30...
It seems that the message shows the value of my origin project (bottled milk) but the officer changed it to cpu. And now the values are not matching each others...
Try to reproduce it for a screenshot.
P.S.: its version 2.1.02
Like you can also see in this picture, i can't see the technology state for products which have no active research
