Coo's CMO and CTO

Hi all,
sorry if there is allready a thread for this topic but i didn't find a matching one.
I started just over playing which the officers because i didn't used them in the past.
Some points i like to noctive and to check your opinions about that.
1. CTO: I hired one to see the effect for R&D departments. The effect was quite well and it was worth his money. The only Problem: He leads now all R&D Centers and so i got the R&D Bonus for his expertise class and loose the bonus for my own origin expertise class.
For me it would make sense to keep also the own class and get the class of the CTO as a bonus.
2. I know there a big discussions about the Salaries of COO. Also if they are corrected they lay about 50 Millions i think.
I personally like to use the for farmings because there the expertise in the farms is directly transferred to quality.
But just for farming a COO with more than 50 Million salary is not worth the money.
I would propose to have a "farming" officer with a similar salary of 10- 30 MIllions (so similar to CMO and CTO)
So, let me know your opinions.
