Stock Options and Currencies

I wanted to make a couple of suggestions. I think that stock-market part of the game really lacks some fundamental options, and one of these are stock options. I think it would be a good idea to introduce them into the game. If not for the sake of stock trading, then at least for the sake of more realistic CEO and other senior officers compensation. I see many people are not satisfied with the way salary system for the officers work. Why not reduce their base salary, and introduce stock options as a major way of compensation. In my opinion, that would make the game far more realistic. In addition to that, it would make it more interesting for the human player trying some highly realistic scenarios (such as trying to become wealthy starting from scratch, just by managing the corporation well).
Another, minor addition I would like to see is the introduction of currencies. Ideally there should be different currencies for different cities with different exchange rates to reflect the real risks of the international trade. The way game is modeled now makes importing and exporting way too easy, and practically risk-free.
I am fully aware that the currency mechanism I described above would be rather complicated to implement, and that it might require some serious resources which could be better used for other improvements. However, if that is the case, could you at least make a small, cosmetic addition, so to speak - could you add euro as a currency and perhaps also multiply all the starting monetary values in the game with 0.75? I believe this would require almost no resources, and it would be a nice touch for European players, especially once we get the option to create custom scenarios with custom cities (I guess there will be some interesting EU scenarios, and these would not be totally complete without EUR currency.
Is it possible that these improvements will ever be made?
And one more question - when is it realistic to expect another major improvement (such as adding the ability to switch positions from CEO of a Company A, to CEO of a company B)? I believe this is the most wanted new feature in the poll.
