selling the mansion problem

I came up on this bug when I tried to sell one of my mansions:

Here's the important thing: I click on 'I accept' and nothing happens. The sound of changing the property owner can be heard, but then I still have my property for sale and my account balance does not change (the minor change is due the next day salary increase):
On the other hand, If I click on 'Confirm' - even if my price is lower than the offer! - the buyer suddenly draws back his offer.
