Funky layout library defaults

A retail firm should not have this layout as a choice, and it doesn't even make sense. All I have to do to recreate it is start a new game, plop a convenience store, and click the layout library button.

I had noticed other oddities, like factories including R&D units.

Yes, every user created layout that i had is mixed now with other units. Also colors of units are different than before, for example sales unit and manufacturing unit are both green (before they were yellow, and orange). Colors of workers and trained workers are are also swaped out.

These bugs will be fixed in the new patch v2.3.06.
