Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

I have just started playing this game and after seeing this addon, I am wondering if there is anyway I can get access to the beta/alpha testing.
I am more then willing to pay to have access to this. I just can not deal with the current res on my 30" monitor. The updates I have seen are great looking.
Please do let me know.
