Transport cost calculation

In 2.3.0.8 version there is strange transport cost calculation.I have factory hubs in Nanjing and Kuala Lumpur, and when importing goods to cities closer to Nanjing transport cost is higher for purchase from that city then from Kuala.

Could you provide me with your save game via Dropbox and let me know the steps for triggering the bug with the save game?

We have investigated the problem and found that the ground shipping cost is very high for Nanjing (from shipping cost from the firm to the seaport in Nanjing).
We have thus added a popup display for showing the freight cost breakdown in the next version. The breakdown data will be displayed when you hover the mouse over the Freight cost figure on a Purchasing Unit. Please see the attached screen for a preview of this feature.

I checked again and I believe price calculation is still quite strange.In my example transport to Madrid is cheaper from Chicago then from Barcelona.
