Parks to increase the Greens and Sports rating (real estate)

Hello!

I'd like to start by praising your efforts with keeping Capitalism alive! I haven't played very many economical games before besides from the Anno series and some other I can't recall, but I consider this franchise original; a one of a kind!

I was playing a casual custom game, and then I discovered the use of buying land and the changes you've made with the apartments and commercial buildings! It's a lot easier to generate revenue as you only need about 50% occupancy to gain profit (before it was around 75% or more). I find this aspect of the game very amusing, and it feels like I'm expanding the city.

Now to the point; I noticed that sport facilities, even when building 1-2 of each kind, they often just manage to satisfy about 50% of the full bar. And factories really knocks this rating down. Why not give us the option to sponsor/construct parks/greens as well to improve that rating? I think the "greens" that the game is referring to is unused land or something, but if we just leave it, the Al builds a factory there and ruins the rating!

I would be very happy if you would just add a few parks to the building menu as well to increase the "greens and sport" rating even further! It would also enable the player to add a touch of beauty to the city.

EDIT: I got another idea; give the player the option to "lend" your land to other parties such as the government, your Al competitors, and for private businesses which are the ones who create parking lots, parks, small houses, etc. These other parties have to pay you a small fee depending on the value of the land they rent from you. You can decide which parties you want to rent the land to through toggling squares in the financial department in your HQ.

EDIT 2: I would have loved to see a display mode which showed the "green and sporty" quality of the land on the minimap (where factories and mines cause it to show red).

EDIT 3: Enabling the player to buy land plots covering mines, logging sites, and oil wells.

Hopefully this can give the player a rough estimation of the distance factories and mines need to be from the apartments.
