We know that the game companies are listed companies, individual holds a 100% listed company ratio is ridiculous, so need to be modified to increase its stake cap options.
In the custom interface, increasing the proportion of listed companies held by individuals limit options: 50% or 60% or 70% or no upper limit. This setting increases the difficulty of the game and authenticity, good company allows other companies to increase their assets.
If an individual can hold 100% stake in the company, then the company should withdraw from the market.
Thank you for reading!

Unless there's a functional board mechanism, limit person's share will let controlling subsidiary and merger mechanism more complicated than necessary. Also company usually has much higher capital than persons' what's preventing a person using corporation's share to hold more than the limit?

I would like the ability to take a company private...in fact if I remember correctly this was being worked in and was leaked by accident.

Ya, the initial 100% or any percentage as default from the beginning in game setting would be a good first step toward multiple corporation types, there are many types in real life, from sole proprietorship, partnership, limited partnership, LLLP, cooperative, LLC, joint-stock, etc, etc.
Perhaps first added the initial shareholder numbers and percentage as script options?

But they are not a listed company, but the game is described in a listed company, real-time stock trading.

Game companies are listed companies, 100% shareholding is not realistic, 100% ownership of the company has been delisted, because the company does not have outstanding shares.

But what's the problem? 100% owned companies no longer trade so the stock price is there only to give a "value" to the company. Sure the game could give a value to a delisted private firm as well, but what would be the advantage to gameplay to delist companies that are 100% owned? What if you wanted to sell shares and take your company public? Yes an IPO system could be added, but it just seems like a lot of extra work for no benefit to the gameplay.
There are lots of companies in real life that have less than 30% of their shares trading or tradeable. There are many situations where a subsidiary is 70% owned by a parent company and only 30% of the company trades on the stock market. I'm not sure how adding the requested new feature would help the game much.
It's already built in that if you want to buy stock but it is in other hands, a substantial premium has to be paid. For example if you own 70% and other in-game persons own the rest of the 30%, then they will demand a big premium to sell you their shares. So it can be very costly to buy up all the shares, VERY costly. I don't think an additional feature is needed.
